Property Highlights

A Phase I ESA and soil sampling investigation were conducted in 2001.

Former Use: The site, known both as the Bradley property and as the former Kensington Orchards, is located on the western side of the Chamberlain Highway. It is approximately 55 acres and previously was used as an orchard since at least 1934. In the 1950's, the orchard operations ceased and the land was cleared for agricultural use. In the 1960's, a commercial orchard operation was reestablished and continued in operation until the 1980's. There are no structures located on the property.
