Additional Property Attributes

The subject site occupies approximately 0.3 acres of residential land listed as 1100 N. Warren Avenue, Springfield, Missouri. A residence was previously located on site, but the property is currently vacant with the exception of a framed garage structure. Available records do not indicate historical developments other than residential structures.

Former Use: Vacant single family lot. Previously single family rental property. There was illegal dumping of inoperable vehicles, scrap metal, and empty drums. No RECs were identified, only solid wastes listed above. Lot now cleared of house and debris.
