Additional Property Attributes

The site hosted two three-story apartment buildings and five commercial/industrial structures, accommodating a truck parts store, three repair shops, vehicle storage areas, a diesel engine injector repair facility and a machine shop. The purchaser demolished the existing structures at the site and to redeveloped it into commercial and state government offices.

Former Use: The site consists of the 9 parcels comprising Prospect Street, which host residential buildings and commercial/industrial structures, bounded by Route 14 to the south, the Connecticut River to the east, and Boston & Main rail road tracks to the west.
