Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property has been used for commercial uses related to agribusiness for over a century. Previous owners include Comstock Michigan, Agra Link, Birds Eye Foods, and Mayer Brothers. Until 2002, the site was used to process fruit. There are six one-story buildings and a pavilion on the site. The Village of Barker Police Department renovated one of the buildings and moved their headquarters to the site in May of 2008. In 2012, two of the buildings were sold for future use as a microbrewery and custom metal sign shop. Other portions of the site remain vacant.
