Additional Property Attributes

The Louisville Gardens building was previously used as a brass foundry, armory, and later as an arena for local events. The Phase II ESA detected metals, PAHs, VOCs, ACM, PCBs, mold and water damage, lead dust, lead based paint. Soil was impacted as well as interior and exterior surfaces of the building.

Former Use: The property was used as a brass foundry, armory, and later as an events arena. Louisville Metro government currently owns and uses the property to store equipment and supplies.
