Additional Property Attributes

The property is centrally located within the Town of West Liberty, near West Liberty University, and provides an ideal location for redevelopment. The abandoned and derelict structure negatively impacts the site's ability to contribute to the aesthetic of the community, and its potential for redevelopment; the project will improve overall attractiveness of the area, increase property values, and the property will be more appealing to potential redevelopers. The Town of West Liberty plans to use Community Development Block Grant (CBDG) funds to demolish the structure and clear the property for reuse.
