Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of an estimated 3.2 acre parcel with an approximately 14,162 square foot three story residential building, a 1,521 square foot one story office building, and four storage sheds and is owned by the Musselshell County Housing Authority. The property was developed in 1977 to its current configuration and has served as a low-income, Section 8, Assisted Senior Living residential complex since then. The current owner and management company, Tamarack Property Management, are considering remedies for the structural instability of the main residential building which may include demolition or renovations. A Phase 1 ESA was conducted on the subject property in June 2023 that identified the potential for lead based paint, lead in soil, and asbestos in building materials. A phase 2 ESA was conducted on the subject property in November 2023 and February 2024 that identified lead based paint and asbestos in building materials. A cleanup cost estimate was created for the subject property.
