Additional Property Attributes

A parking lot for a new ADLI store will be constucted.

Former Use: The western portion of the site was operated as a former filling station and 2-bay garage. It was last owned by Clifton & Florence Smith and last operated under the name "Andrew's Garage and Auto Service." Underground storage tanks ranging from 1,000-3,000-gallons were used on site and gasoline was sold from at least 1930-1965. The eastern side of the site was historically used by a painting company, metal works businesses and one drycleaner. The properties included under grant funding have been abated, structures demolished, and tanks for the former filling station have been removed.
