Additional Property Attributes

The contamination that may be related to past activities at the site includes the following compounds, which were detected at concentrations above the residential and industrial RSLs: benzo(a)anthracene, chrysene, bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, benzo(b)fluoranthene, benzo(k)fluoranthene, benzo(a)pyrene, indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene, and dibenzo(a,h)anthracene, dieldrin, 4,4'-DDE, 4,4'-DDT and Aroclor-1260. The concentration of these compounds exceed of the RSLs for soil and are of concern if there are any plans to move soil at the property. It should be noted that the laboratory results were not decision quality data due to several QA/AC issues. Arsenic was detected in the soil samples above the RSL, but not above the background concentration indicating its presence is naturally occurring and not a result of past activities on the property. Diesel-range organics (DROs) were detected in the soil upon removal of the fuel oil LUST.
