Additional Property Attributes

The structure is a one story building constructed in brick and masonry. It was built in the late of 1800s. The property is located in a mainly commercial area in the urban center of municipality of Ponce. The property originally was a liquor manufacturing plant, a residence, car dealer and car battery repair shop. In 1976 the property became a glass manufacturing plant. Adjacent properties are mixed residential and commercial, with a former gas station immediately in front of the site.

Former Use: The abandoned property operated manufacturing glass. The property is close to other commercial properties, gas stations in use and inactive, and is near to other institutionals buildings with historic architectural value, and contextual urban awareness / contribution.
