Additional Property Attributes

The Centennial Fine Arts Center building is a two-story, 6,278-ft2 structure with a 3,768-ft2 basement, constructed in 1927. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. Previously, the building has been used as a church and a community center. Current usage is as a meeting space and equipment storage. The basement is used by a local gymnastics group. Future planned usage is to use the building as a community space for events.
