Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: In 1950 the Fairbanks City Council approved a lease of the site for 75 years beginning April 13, 1950. Fairview Development was teh roginal lessee and held the lease through 1982. In 1982, Fairview Associates, Limited Partnership, who released the lease in 1991 to Mortenson Trust. In 1992 the lease was assigned to current owner, Bitterroot, Inc. Currently the property is used as a residential, apartment complex.
