Additional Property Attributes

The Marion Central Corridor Master Plan identifies the site in Phase 3C of its redevelopment efforts. This phase focuses on adding retail and office space along the new "Marion Avenue." Phase 3C also includes the construction of a 50,000 square-foot civic center. The site area will be either commerial or a municipal building.

Former Use: The property contained residential development from approximately 1940 to 1976 and industrial development from 1979 to the present. The property has two single-story buildings used as a machine shop, a welding room and the metal fabrication process.
