Additional Property Attributes

Soil samples were taken from Range I and Range II soils on adjacent properties as part of a clustered report. They were tested for PCBs, PAHs, TEHs, and BTEX. No contaminants were found above applicable standards. Therefore no cleanup activities would be required. Groundwater was not encountered above bedrock. Well installation is restricted by Black Hawk County drinking water well ordinance.

Former Use: Property contained residential development from 1900-1964 and a surface parking lot from 1968-2002. The property currently is a vacant grass-covered lot.
