Additional Property Attributes

Soil samples taken from Range I and Range II soils on the subject properties as part of a clustered report. They were tested for PCBs, PAHs, TEHs, and BTEX. No contaminants were found above applicable standards. Therefore no cleanup activities required. Groundwater not encountered above bedrock. Black Hawk County restricts the installation of drinking water wells within Waterloo.

Former Use: Property contained commercial and single-family residential development. Commercial usage included a coal and wood yard from 1900-1952 and a coal yard from 1957-1983. The property has been a vacant grass-covered lot since approximately 1994.
