Additional Property Attributes

DOT right of way adjacent to the Grand Hotel was the site of coal storage, warehousing, and train tracks. Bulk oil storage was adjacent to the site. Phase II assessment activities did not detect levels of contamination exceeding Statewide Standards. Right of Way use will not change. Assessment conducted to evaluate impact to Grand Hotel property.

Former Use: Property contained industrial development and railroad tracks from 1906-1983. The industrial usage included a coal yard and a warehouse. The property has been a vacant grass-covered lot since approximately 1994.
