Additional Property Attributes

Property will be incorporated into the City of Sheridan's bike/walk pathway system which links educational and recreational centers throughout the City. Property will include a landscaped parking lot and connect the currently unconnected pathway system. Volunteers have petitioned the City of Sheridan for a Use Control Area for the property which incorporates institutional and engineering controls. If UCA is passed then the Remedy Agreement will be modified to reflect the institutional and engineering controls.

Former Use: Former bulk fueling station operated by various owners. Ceased operations in the 1980's. GCP purchased in 1997
