Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consists of a small strip of land between 10th Street and the boundary of the Hawthorne Army Depot. The Property is currently vancant and undeveloped. There are several empty metal roll-off dumpsters located on the northwest side of the Property adjacent to the Army Depot fence and along 10th Street by the Depot back gate. The Property is relatively flat and covered with sparse native grasses and bushes. The Property is part of the historic Babbitt Housing Area, however the 3� acres that are defined as the Property had never been developed or been used for acricultural purposes.
