Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Formerly used as a solid waste landfill in mid to late 60s and 70s. Depth of the waste may be 40 feet. Operated by the City of Knoxville and then filled in. Know used as a fairgrounds for tractor pull event. Current Use: Site serves as location for large equipment auctions and tractor pull events during Tennessee State Fair.
