Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Former Scandlyn Oil was previously used as a service station and is a registered LUST site. Preparation of QAPP was begun during the grant period. Completion of QAPP, sampling and testing of environmental media was not completed during the period of performance of the grant. TDEC UST records indicate closure of four USTs, two hydraulic lifts and an oil-water separator; recorded February 17, 2011. Current Observations 2020: Site has been cleared and grassed. Fuel dispensing island, UST fill ports and in-ground lifts are no longer observed.
