Additional Property Attributes

Property has found traces of contamination below applicable standards at 5 areas. The pending Urban Setting Designation resolves 4 of 5 groundwater exposure pathways. Project financing closed in November 2010 and project construction is anticipated in Spring 2011. The site will be used as the center for a construction/landscaping contractor.
