Additional Property Attributes

The site is listed on Historical Sanborn Maps as a used Auto Sales and Service at least 14 years, and in the City Directory Report as the Guardian Paper Corporation at least 20 years. These are considered environmental concerns because of the consistent commercial and industrial historical use of the property, and the belief the activities associated with these activities involved the use of hazardous substances and petroleum products. The adjacent property to the north has a similar history. Because there is no direct evidence of contamination, these are not considered RECs. The building structure could possess lead-based paint and/or asbestos containing materials, based on the fact the building was constructed prior to 1981.

Former Use: Previously owned by Guardian Paper Co.
