Additional Property Attributes

The physical remedial activities at the site have been completed and a remedial action report submitted. Follow up groundwater monitoring is occurring and the final Verification Rpt is expected to be submitted March 2018

Former Use: The site is the location of the former Decker's Laundry facility. The laundry/dry cleaning facility was in operation at the site since 1958 to circa 2002.The town has foreclosed on the property and has used state grant funds to demolition the dilapidated building & garage. The town plans to combine the remaining state funds with federal EPA RLF funding to complete the remediation of the site. The town plans to redevelop the site into afordable housing
