Additional Property Attributes

The property is improved with a garage and office building, a pole building barn formerly used for storage, a barn formerly used to store salt, three storage sheds, a garage, a well house, and block building.

Former Use: The property and surrounding properties were part of the former Delta Chemical & Iron Company site that conducted chemical production from tree byproducts, produced charcoal, and operated a tannery and sawmill during the late 1800�s and early 1900�s. The property was used by the Delta County Road Commission for storage of salt, sand, and cold patch for use on County Roads and for general vehicle maintenance.
