Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was historically used as a gasoline filling station and automobile repair shop from the mid 1950�s to the 1970�s. A total of 10 underground storage tanks were removed, 7 in 1986 and 3 in 2002. The City acquired the property in a land swap with Stropich Oil, the former owner/operator. The site is currently used for storage by the City of Gladstone.
