Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historic use as a drycleaning facility and printing facility. Phase I and Phase II environmental assessment activities were conducted on the property to determine if contamination existed under the Florida Dry Cleaning solvent rule. Sampling confirmed no contamination and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection issued the owner a Site Rehabilitation Completion Order to Mr. Mims. Wells are abandoned according to industry standards. All ESA activites funded EPA Pilot Grant funding. Disposal of investigation was funded by Community Development Block Grant money, 4440.
