Additional Property Attributes

The Former Eisenhaure property is located in a rural area of Sandown. Two buildings: a residence and a garage formerly occupied the subject property however, these buildings were demolished in 2008. Reports indicated that anywhere from 10 to 60 junk cars were being stored on the property as well as household trash, automobile parts, and equipment.

Former Use: The property is located in a rural area of Sandown, near the border of Chester. Information obtained from historic USGS maps, aerial photographs, interviews with the property contact, and Town records indicate that the property has been developed since approximately 1970.The property is currently not occupied. A former garage and private residence were demolished in October of 2008 by the Town due to the dilapidated condition. A gravel driveway provides access to the interior of the property. The remaining portions of the property are occupied by mature trees, wetland areas, granite outcroppings, and a long pond that occupies the eastern portion of the property. The pond is fed by a stream flowing from a wetland area on the western portion of the property. A small stream flows from the pond at its eastern end.
