Additional Property Attributes

Phase II found some contaminants included elevated metals, and PAHs in SE corner of property where Haskell Lemon construction has encroached on the site. Most contaminants are below risk based levels of concern for industrial applications.

Former Use: Phase I indicates several potential environmental issues including- historical cotton seed oil plant, steel company, and oilfield activity on eastern half railroad runs along N property line waste and trash dumped on-site. West half historically residential, owned by OKC since 1951. Phase I and Phase II will cover two adjacent properties. The west 6 acres is owned by the City of OKC, east 6 acres is owned by OKCNE, a non-profit organization.
