Additional Property Attributes

Prior to assessment, former USTs had been removed from property. State of SC had issued a NFA (no further action) letter for this site. EPA-funded assessment did not identify contaminants at site, but post-grant assessment indicated VOCs at depths below 45' bgs, which may have originated from adjacent property. Current use of property as parking lot does not require further cleanup or monitoring.

Former Use: Currently a surface parking lot operated by the City of Columbia. A former gas station occupied the property.
