Additional Property Attributes

The area was densely vegetated with native trees, grasses and weeds. The stream was flowing at the time of the site visit. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the property except for the following: Unauthorized dumping of miscellaneous solid waste, including agricultural chemicalcontainers has been documented at the BTA Property. The site visit did not reveal current conditions that indicate adverse impact to the environment as a result of the dumping activities. Property will be used for unimproved greenspace and signage to encourage proper disposal will be added.

Former Use: Review of available historical data and interviews with Sac & Fox Tribal Council members familiar with the history of the area indicate that the BTA Property has been undeveloped agricultural land. No record of prior development was located.
