Additional Property Attributes

A 1938 Fire Insurance Map identifies three gas tanks located in the center of the eastern half of the property.

Former Use: The Property historically operated as a filling station/gas station and a possible auto repair shop from approximately 1919-1965.

Concentrations in soil did not exceed RBTLs, so no further investigation or action required. The maximum concentrations of BTEXN compounds found in groundwater samples collected at the site
exceeded RBTLs for complete or potentially complete residential indoor inhalation of vapor emissions,
residential dermal contact, non-residential dermal contact, construction worker dermal contact, and
construction worker outdoor inhalation of vapor emission pathways. If residential use is planned for the
site, further remedial action to reduce the groundwater concentrations of BTEXN is recommended.
