Additional Property Attributes

Regulatory records indicate that one UST has been closed-in-place at the Property, which represents a recognized environmental condition due to the potential impact to soil and/or groundwater. However, historical city directory listings, Sandborn Fire Insurance maps and City of St. Louis Building Permits do not indicate any record of USTs or gasoline filling stations at the subject property. A subsurface investigation is recommended as it is the only way to definitively determine if any contamination is present from the suspect UST system referenced in regulatory the records.

Former Use: Records indicate this has always been a residential site; the City has owned since 1977.
