Property Highlights

The Cooperative Agreement was used to reduce environmental threats posed by the brownfield. Sustainable practices were implemented including waste recycling and low impact sustainable remediation. The community was involved through meeting and outreach programs.

Former Use: Industrial use of the property began in December 1906, various manufacturing processes were used and a wide range of products were manufactured until the property was vacated in 2006. Ongoing cleanup efforts are scheduled to be completed in 2012.
