Additional Property Attributes

There is a possibility of the building being a daycare in the future.

Former Use: According to the Brown County Appraiser a school building was constructed in 1940 on approximately 3.5 acres of land. Deed records indicate that Reserve Grade Schoold Districk #72 tranfered to two individuals in 1986. In 1991 The Sac and Fox Nation purchased the property from the two individuals. The property now has the community building, a metal shop, paved drive way, and a gravel parking lot.
