Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment did not reveal evidence of recognized environmental condition in connection with the property. The completion of this ESA will assist in future redevelopment of the site, primarily for commercial uses.

Former Use: On the eastern portion of the subject property (2541 W. Zinnia Ave) there is a metal structure with openings at its� north and south ends that was formerly used as a hay barn. There are two smaller structures that adjoin the hay barn on its east side. There is a chain link fence that encloses this portion of the subject property on all sides with the exception of the southern portion of the west boundary. On the western portion of the subject property (2545 W. Zinnia Ave) there is a dilapidated wooden structure located in the southern portion. The southern portion of the property is enclosed by a chain link fence on all sides with the exception of its eastern boundary. The northern portion of the property is enclosed by a chain link fence on all sides and contains a vehicle scale and a structure with signage that indicates it was an auto body shop at one time. The Malone Investments Company, an Arizona General Partnership, was deeded ownership on May 7, 1989 and recorded on May 10, 1989
