Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: City of Middletown acquired the former Remington Rand facility through tax foreclosure in 1997. Previously this site was used for a variety of manufacturing operations dating back to the mid 1800s. Manufacturing activity relating to automobiles and parts, bicycles, munitions and typewriters occured on the site.
