Additional Property Attributes

The property is a former automobile dealership in downtown Bennington, VT.

Former Use: A title search confirms that Alcaro Motors was transferred to Birch Hollow, LLC under a foreclosure action. The deed records and historical information suggest that the Site operated as a gasoline station/body shop during William H. Eddington, Norman H. Greenburg, and Alcaro Realty ownership. Three Phase I ESAs were previously performed at the Site on August 18,1998, March 25, 2004, and May 18, 2007. The reports were reviewed when evaluating the current environmental condition of the Site. As of July 2015, the property has been cleaned up and successfully redeveloped into a furniture store.
