Site was a former gas station which has been granted No Action Required status from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. The NAR status indicates that site contaminant conditions do not pose a risk to human health and the environment based on current site conditions and uses.

Former Use: A review of historical information indicated the property contained residential development from 1918-1952, commercial development from 1953-1978 and a vacant lot from 1979 to the present. Former commercial usage included a gas station.
