Okc intends to acquire property for construction of the Skydance Pedestrian Bridge. Phase II is being conducted based on Phase I findings. Site is currently automotive repair facility, with very poor housekeeping & visual oil staining.

Former Use: Currently there are 3 industrial building on-site. Northern building of 1050 sq. feet, is cinderblock and along with center building of ~900 sq. feet presently used as automotive site. Southern building 1800 sq. feet, made of brick is being used as storage. Approximately 20 salvage cars on property. Has been used for auto repair by current property owner for last 3 years during his ownership. Property used to be M&M drum, site of RCRA criminal enforcement activities. 8/11- Salvage cars removed and buildings being demolished. the City will be addressing soil contamination. High levels of lead,petroleum contaminants, PAHs in surface soils, and TCE and associated degredation contaminants in gw detected.
