Additional Property Attributes

A small building is located on the site. Records indicate a barn and two shed buildings were on the site from 1900 to 1943, but it is unclear if this is one of those shed buildings. According to local interviews, the property has been in agricultural use for the last 30 years. No recognized environmental conditions were identified on site. Due to municipal concerns that the property may have been used for storage or dispensing of petroleum products, a ground penetrating radar survey could be conducted around the building to confirm that USTs are not present.
