Additional Property Attributes

Former use of Subject Property was a gas station and general store. It burned down in the 1950's. At least 1 UST and piping is still present on the property. The UST has liquid present that has a degraded gasoline odor. Historically, drums were also used for fuel storage. In addition, one AST with fuel is present on the Subject Property. Lead has been detected in the soil at maximum concentrations of 630 mg/kg. This may be due to the use of lead based paint on the former general store. A transformer was knocked over during a storm in March of 2009. The result was one pint of insulating oil containing PCBs spilled on the site. The oil was cleared by PG&E. The laboratory reported the concentration at 45 ppm.

Former Use: Former Trading Post and General Store. Gas Station was present. 1 US and 1 septic formally present. Tribally owned vacant land.
