Former Use: Property initially developed in the early 1900s. Star Hosiery Mill operated a textile mill, dye house and boiler at the property in the early 1900s. Rogers Fiber Co. and Delgrave Co. assumed operations in 1930 and 1934-1940, respectively. The mill was converted to cotton warehouses in the 1950s, which operated until around 2009.
