Additional Property Attributes

This property is located adjacent to the newly constructed Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. The property will likely be redeveloped to complement needs of the college.

Former Use: The property was the site of a fire protection reservoir for the adjacent textile mill from the late 1800s until the late 1990s or early 2000s. Since then the property has been vacant until recently when it was used as a lay-down yard during construction of the adjacent Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine.
