Additional Property Attributes

This site generally referred to as the former Arnold Disposal Site DEQ ECSI # 4295 and the former Arnold Sludge Disposal Site DEQ ECSI # 4296. The two sites occupy approximately 40 to 60 acres on the larger 640-acre tract. The Oregon Division of State Lands is proposing to redevelop the site as a multi-use residential and commercial development, and has prepared a master plan for the redevelopment.
