Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA was completed by an ASTM certified consultant on the Pac-Five property on August 6, 2009. The property consists of a farm house on 45 acres of farm land. The property was found to have an historical recognized environmental condition due to the presence of the former railroad grade. The consultant recommended additional site assessment work but the Tribe was not ready to proceed and the Phase I ESA report has expired.

Former Use: The property is made up of approximately 45 acres of farmland utilized for grazing livestock. There is a pond located in the central portion of the property. The property has a single-family dwelling on one parcel with some outbuildings. The property has been used as farmland for over 50 years. Approximately 1,500 ft. of former Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad line runs through the property. The property is made up of 8 parcels.
