Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: It is believed that the only structure to occupy Lot D6 was a maple sugar shack and that deteriorating structure is still present on the parcel. It is also believed that the parcel was used as a dumping ground for a former hotel located across Joslin Street. The current owner is also the owner of the contaminated Lot 5.1 who has abandoned the property and is not paying taxes.
