Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment did not reveal evidence of recognized environmental condition in connection with the property. The completion of this ESA will assist in future redevelopment of the site, primarily for commercial uses.

Former Use: The subject property is located on the northwest corner of where Paradise Lane intersects with Sullinger Avenue. Between 1990 and 1996 the property was fenced-in on the north, west, and south boundaries and a foundation was built in the northeast corner. Between 1996 and 2007 the property was cleared of native brush and trees. The foundation is currently being used to train personnel in the application of cool decking. Prior to 1995, a salt well was installed on the southwest portion of the subject property along the southern boundary. The salt well is maintained by Union Pacific Railroad and used to discharge static from the railroad tracks to the west.
