Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: 10 East Street (Lot 647) was utilized for residential purposes from the late 1800s through the 1930s, when a junk shop and later an auto salvage business occupied the western portion of the parcel; residential use continued on the eastern portion of the parcel. The residential structure was demolished in the 1990s and as small concrete structure was demolished in approximately 2006. 10 East Street (Lot 647) is currently comprised of vacant/wooded land. Pawtucket Central Falls Development (PCF) is the current property owner. Prior to PCF, Ferland Corporation owned the parcel. PCF intends to redevelop the parcel and adjoining parcels into a residential housing complex.
