Additional Property Attributes

Due to the assessment, the property was purchased and is now a car dealership.

Former Use: This is a car repair shop that is for sale and nobody will buy it due to a stigma of contamination based on previous uses. From 1983-1995 it was Denny's Repair. Prior to that it was a Chevron station, East Main Chevron. Walt Fischer leased it from 1977 to 1982. Chevron removed the tanks in 1983. Current owner purchased in 1995.
