Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Two former drycleaners operated on the site. The buildings were demolished and the site was used as a surface parking lot.

In 2007, the city of Rochester began development of the Minnesota BioBusiness Center, an eight-story, 112,000 square foot building used for medical research. Although cleanup of the contaminated soil on site was previously completed, PCE contamination remains in the groundwater and necessitates treatment using a DPE system.
